Yields: 4 serving(s)
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) string beans, blanched & - sliced
- 2 green chilies, julienned
- 2 red chilies, julienned
- 1/2 pound(s) tofu, pressed & cubed
- 1/2 cup(s) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili sauce, see recipe
Directions
- Place the beans on a large serving platter & arrange the green & red chilies & tof cubes over the top.
- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar & chili sauce.
- Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
