Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk
- 4 parsley stems
- 1 fresh thyme sprig
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 leek leaves
Directions
- Cut the celery in half, place herbs in the center, then wrap leek leaves around the outside.
- Tie with butchers string and toss in a stock or soup or tie to the handle.
- Notes: will season approx 1 gallon stock.
