Spicy Potato Chip Chicken Strips

Ingredients

- 2 pound(s) chicken breasts; boneless cut in strips
- 3 garlic bulbs; cut apart into cloves; peeled
- 1 cup(s) extra light olive oil
- 20 drop(s) hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 cup(s) potato chips; crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375~.
- Place garlic, oil and hot pepper sauce in blender or food processor; blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
- Place crushed potato chips in another bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in garlic mixture, then potato chips.
- Place in single layer on a shallow baking pan.
- Drizzle remaining garlic mixture over the chicken and sprinkle on any remaining potato chips.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
- Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
