Ingredients
- 2 slice(s) fat-free turkey bacon; cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 cup(s) turkey light meat, skinless; cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup(s) bell peppers; chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) onions; chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- 10 3/4 ounce(s) tomato soup, condensed
- 1/2 soup can water
- 2 cup(s) spaghetti, thin; cooked
Directions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey, bell peppers, onions, chili powder, and garlic.
- Cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in tomato soup, water, and bacon.
- Cook, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serving ideas: serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
