Salmon With Mustard Glaze
Yields: 4 serving(s)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound(s) salmon steaks or fillets
- 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) lemon peel; grated, fresh
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
Directions
- Place fillet on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Mix the mustard, oil, honey, lemon peel and lemon juice.
- Brush salmon with all of the mustard mixture.
- Broil salmon about 5 inches from heat until done, 9 to 12 minutes cut to test.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
