Salmon With Dill Mustard Sauce
Yields: 4 serving(s) - Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) reduced-fat, cholesterol-
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoon(s) milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 pound(s) salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon(s) salad oil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions
- Preheat boiler if manufacturer directs.
- Mustard.
- Set aside.
- With tweezers, remove any small bones from salmon fillet.
- Cut salmon crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Grease broiling rack.
- Place salmon pieces on rack skin-side down.
- Brush top of salmon with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Broil salmon 5-7 inches from heat for about 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets, or until golden on top and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Place salmon on 4 dinner plates; top with mustard sauce.
