Striped Delight
Combine crumbs and sugar andmelted butter.
Press firmly into 13 x 9 pan.
Chill 5 mins.
For firmer crust, bake at 375 for 8 mins.
; cool.
Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tblsp milk till smooth.
Fold in 1/2 cool whip.
Spread over crust.
Prepare pudding as usual with 3 1/2 cups Milk; pour over first layer.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Spread rest of cool whip on.
Strawberry Delight 3
In a mixing bowl, crush strawberries.
Add food coloring if desired.
Beat in pudding mix until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust; sprinkle with coconut.
Chill until ready to serve.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Strawberry Delight 2
Break cake into bite size pieces.
Place in 9×13 pan.
After jello is cool, add cool whip and strawberries and pour over cake pieces.
Chill before serving.
Strawberry Delight
Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, whipped topping and lemon juice with electric mixer until it has no lumps and is well blended.
Mix sliced strawberries with 3/4 of strawberry glaze.
Cover bottom of clear bowl with vanilla wafers.
Pour 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over vanilla wafers.
Pour 1/2 of strawberry mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Cover strawberries with vanilla wafers.
Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over vanilla wafers.
Pour remaining strawberry mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Cover strawberries with remaining 1/4 strawberry glaze.
Garnish with a few large strawberries cut in half.

Strawberry Angel Delight
Combine flour and sugar.
Cut in butter; add nuts.
Press into 9-inch spring pan.
Bake 350 fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Gradually add lemon juice to kraft marshmallow creme, mixing until blended.
Stir in strawberries; fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crumb crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Take out and let stand a few minutes before serving.
Starlight Double Delight Cake
Sift flour; set aside.
Combine shortening and 2 cups frosting.
Mix thoroughly.
Blend in eggs and dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Pour into 9 x 13″ layer pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and frost with starlight double delight frosting.
Simple Salmon Steak Delight
In a small mixing bowl combine all.
Pierce the thawed salmon steaks, then pour marinade over them.
Let sit for 30 minutes turn over coat the other side and let sit, againg.
Turn on broiler or toaster over, to broil.
And cook 3 minutes only on each side.
Eat and enjoy.
Shredded Pork Delight
Shred pork into fine narrow strips.
Marinate in soya sauce, wine, salt, and pepper.
Shred bamboo shoots, slice mushrooms, assemble other ingredients.
Heat oil up in wok until smoking slightly.
Quickly stir-fry pork shreds in it.
Cook 5 minutes until all pork is browned.
Cover and cook under medium heat a further 3 minutes.
Uncover wok, add peas, bamboo shoots, 6 tablespoons water.
Cover and cook 2 minutes.
Uncover, add mushrooms, cook a further 3 minutes.
Place on platter.
Note: chicken can be substituted for pork.
Seafood Delight Dip
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Drain.
Add cream cheese and mix.
Drain chopped clams and add.
Add shrimp.
Stir.
Blend in sour cream.
Add blue cheese salad dressing to taste.
Place in refrigerator to let flavors mix.
Seafood Delight
Cook linguini according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Rinse with cold water and drain again.
Combine shrimp, linguini, and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Notes: if using fresh shrimp use 1 1/2 pounds umpeeled medium size shrimp.
Bring 5 cups water to boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Chill.
Peel and de-vein shrimp.
Sausage Delight
Cut sausage in bite-sized pieces.
Bake sausage in oven at 350 degrees until almost done.
Drain drippings from sausage.
Cut up onions, green and red peppers and put on top of sausage and bake for 5 minutes.
Then pour tomato sauce over sausages, onions and peppers, cover with cheese of your choice and bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve with your favorite pasta or eat alone of sausage with homemade or prepared tomato sauce.
Salmon Delight
Beat the egg and milk together and add the soft bread crumbs.
Flake the salmon, removing the skin and bones, and add to the milk and milk mixture.
Add the cheddar cheese and seasonings, blending well.
Place in a greased casserole and top with the buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in a preheated 350 tomato or egg sauce.
Salad Bar Diet Delight
Center fish on a dinner plate.
Arrange slower-cooking vegetable around fish.
Scatter remaining, quicker cooking vegetables over all.
Cover all with plastic wrap.
Cook at 100% for 4 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Uncover and sprinkle with salt and papper to tast.
Serve hot.
What could be simpler.
Rocky Road Delight
Prepare pudding according to directions using condensed milk and milk.
Add half of the container of whipped topping.
Add marshmallow fluff.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Fold in chopped cherries.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped almonds on crust.
Spoon chocolat mixture into crust and chill several hours or until firm.
Before serving, spoon remaining whipped topping over chocalate mixture.
Sprinkle reserved chopped almonds over topping.

Directions: crust: mix flour, sugar and butter together until crumbly.
Press into ungreased 9 x 9 pan.
Bake in 350 fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Filling: dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
Add raspberries.
Chill until syrupy.
Pour over crumb crust.
Chill.
Melt marshmallows in sour cream in double boiler.
Cool.
Whip cream until stiff.
Fold into cooled marshmallow mixture.
Spread over raspberry layerr.
Chill.
Cuts into 9 pieces.
This can also be prepared in a 9 inch springform pan using 2 raspberry layers and 2 marshmallow layers.

Raw Pea Delight
Thaw peas at least three hours before serving.
Combine with onion and sour cream.
Chill three hours.
Place on individual beds of lettuce, and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Raspberry Pretzel Delight
Crust:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well.
Press into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes; cool.
In same large bowl, combine condensed milk and water; blend well.
Beat in pudding mix for 2 minutes.
Refrigerate 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread on cooled crust.
Refrigerate until filling is firm, about 1 hour.
Spoon fruit topping over filling.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Garnish with frozen whipped topping, fresh raspberries and mint leaves it.
Raisin Delight
Directions; combine brown sugar, 1 tablesbpoon butter, raisins, boiling water and boil together for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add alternately with milk to sugar -butter mixture.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 in pan.
Put hot syrup over batter, spreading raisins evenly.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes in preheated 350 oven.
When baked, the syrup and raisins will be at the bottom of the cake.
