Stovetop Bbq Turkey Burgers

In medium bowl combine ground turkey, 2 tbsp.
Chili sauce, egg, half of chopped onion, garlic salt, and pepper.
Form into 4 patties, about 1 inch thick.
In large skillet, heat oil i used only about 1 tbsp.
In a 12″ non-stick skillet.
Add turkey burgers and cook over medium heat, until bottoms are just browned, about 2 minutes.
Turn and sprinkle remaining chopped onion around patties.
Cook, stirring onions occasionally, until second side of patties is just browned and onions are softened, about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix remaining 3/4 cup chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershiere sauce, and 2 tbsp.
Water.
Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until sauce is thickened and burgers are cooked through with no trace of pink in center meat should spring back when lightly pressed with a finger, about 15 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles to catch sauce.

Stove-Top Bbq Pork Chops

Serve with baked potato with sour cream buttered carrots chocolate chip cookies milk.
Trim fat from pork chops.
In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook pork chops, turning once, for 5 minutes or until browned on both sides.
Transfer to plate; set aside.
Add onion to skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring, for 4 minutes or until softened.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine ketchup, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, sugar, mustard and pepper; pour into skillet.
Bring to boil; return pork and any accumulated juices to skillet, turning to coat.
Reduce heat to simmer; cook, stirring and turning pork chops occasionally, for about 8 minutes or just until only a hint of pink remains inside pork chops and sauce is thickened.
If the sauce is too thick, stir in 1 tablespoons of water at the end.

Stock-Soy Marinade F0R Bbq Spareribs

Mince garlic and ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients.
Add to spareribs and marinate.

Variations:

For the white sugar, substitute brown sugar.
Add 3 tablespoons honey and 3 tablespoons vinegar.
Add 1/2 cup catsup and 1 teaspoon salt.

Spicy Bbq Chicken

Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan, bring to boil and cook until shortening and butter melt.
Remove from heat.
Cover coals with soaked wood chips hickory or mesquite.
Coat chicken wioth sauce and grill chicken over medium coals or heat 45-55 minutes or until done, turning and basting every 10 minutes.

Spiced Chicken Bbq

Heat cooking oil in saucepan and cook onion and garlic until tender, but do not brown.
Add ketchup, stir, and add remaining ingredients except chicken.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Set sauce aside.
Season chicken pieces with additional salt, if desired.
Place chicken pieces bone side down over medium to hot coals.
Grill 25 minutes until bone side is well browned.
Turn pieces over and grill 25 minutes more, until chicken is tender.
Brush chicken frequently with sauce during last 10 minutes of grilling, using all the sauce.

Soy-Sugar Marinade For Bbq Spareribs

Mince garlic and ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients.
Rub mixture over spareribs.
Let stand 1 hour; then roast.

Variations:

For the regular soy sauce, substitute 5 tablespoons light soy sauce and 1-1/2 teaspoons heavy soy sauce.
Omit the ginger root.
Substitute a second garlic clove.
Add 2 tablespoons sherry and 1/2 teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, anise and cloves.
Omit the pepper.
Add 2 teaspoons brown bean sauce, mashed; and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Southern-Style Bbq Soybeans

Heat oil in large non-aluminum saucepan or soup kettle.
Add onions; saute over low heat until soft.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, molasses, sugar, soy sauce, allspice, salt and vinegar.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add soybeans; bring to a simmer, cover and cook until sauce has thickened and beans are very tender, about 1-1/2 hours.
If mixture looks dry, add up to 1 cup additional water and cook another 10-15 minutes.
Add pepper and adjust seasonings.
Note: alternatively, combine all ingredients in a covered casserole, bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
Uncover; bake 30 minutes more.
Per serving 9g fat, 13g protein.

Southern Bbq Pork Chops

Combine first 3 ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat nonstick skillet, over medium high heat.
Drain pork and place in skillet.
Brown on both sides.
Add remaining marinade.
Cover pan.
Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes or until pork in done and sauce is hot.

Southern Bbq Chicken

Cut chickens into serving pieces.
Wash well and pat dry.
Put giblets to stew in 1 quart salted water.
Use for bbq sauce.
Put flour, salt and pepper into paper bag.
Shake chicken in flour a few pieces at a time.
Saute pieces until golden brown on both sides in hot shortening in heavy skillets.
Arrange pieces in uncovered pans.
Add giblets, pour bbq sauce over chicken.
Bake in 350 fahrenheit oven 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender, basting frequently.

Bbq Sauce:

Chop and lightly saute onions in oil in skillet.
Combine flour, mustard, salt, pepper and brown sugar.
Stir into onions.
Add remaining ingredients, heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors.

South American Hot Bbq Sauce

Stir fry onion, green pepper and garlic in oil in a saucepan over moderate heat 5 to 8 minutes until onion is pale golden.
Add chili powder and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Use as a basting sauce for spareribs, beef or poultry.

Smoked Chili Bbq Sauce

Mix vinegars and spices in pand and over med heat reduce by half.
In large pan, saute onion and garlic lightly in olive oil till oft.
Add sugar and molasses.
Reduce slightly and add vinegar mixture, chipotles, ketchup and wooster sauce.
Cook slowly over low heat 1 hour.
Season to taste with salt, and strain through med strainer, pressing out juices of onion and garlic.

Sloppy Bbq Joes

Cook beef in skillet until well browned.
Add onion and green pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in bbq sauce, ketchup, relish, salt and pepper into meat mixture.
Simmer a few minutes, stirring often.
Serve meat mixture spooned over toasted buns.
