Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins
Yields: 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 cup(s) miniature chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 2 cup(s) fresh/frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 tablespoon(s) orange zest
Directions
- Mix together flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add vanilla and orange zest.
- In two additions alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk.
- Fold in raspberries.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
