- Rabbit
- 2 large containers sour cream
- Pepper
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 cup(s) water
- Salt
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet & quick brown rabbit.
- Sprinkle with onion & garlic powders.
- Stew rabbit in water until tender.
- Drain & mix sour cream & 1 cup water.
- Pour into skillet.
- Mix well & brown with pan drippings.
- Return rabbit to skillet & stew until done.
- Coat well & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
