Pistachio Cake With Frosting
Yields: 1 serving(s)
Ingredients
- 1 pack white or yellow cake mix
- 1 pack pistachio instant pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup(s) club soda
- 1/2 cup(s) oil
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts
Frosting
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cold milk
- 1 envelope dream whip
- 1 pack pistachio instant pudding
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in large bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Bake in greased, floured 10-inch bundt pan at 350 for 50 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool on rack.
- Split into 3 layers.
- Spread about 1 cup of frosting between layers.
- Spoon rest into center.
- Chill.
- Garnish with chopped nuts.
- Frosting: blend milk, dream whip and pistachio pudding.
- Whip until thickend, about 5 minutes.
