Peach Cobbler -1
Yields: 1 serving(s)
Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) peaches; peeled & sliced
- 2/3 cup(s) flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar; packed
- 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) whole milk
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the peaches, the first measure of flour, the sugar and the cinnamon in a shallow 1 quart baking dish.
- Combine the second measure of flour and the brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in the butter using a pastry blender until the mixture is the size of small peas.
- Stir in the milk until moistened.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto the peaches.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean about 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Peach Cobbler 1

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- Peaches or cherries
Directions
- Cream all ingredients except peaches together.
- Pour into 9×11 slightly greased & floured baking dish.
- Pour peaches or 1 can cherries, or whatever over the cake batter juice and all.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
- Bake at 375 for 45 mins.
- Or until toothpick inserted into cake part comes out clean @45 to 55 mins.
