Pasta Salad With Bacon And Avocado

Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) maggi pasta crests
- 4 bacon rashers; cooked and cut into strips
- 1 avocado; diced
- 12 cherry tomatoes; halved (12 to 16)
- 2 tablespoon(s) capers; (optional)
- 1 spring onion; sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) grated or shaved parmesan
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley sprigs
- 1/4 cup(s) oil; preferably olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice or wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) french mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) maggi green herb stock powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling water and cook for 8 1/2 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain.
- Rinse under cold running water, then drain thoroughly.
- Place the pasta in a bowl with the remaining salad ingredients.
- Prepare the dressing.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
