Paprika Rabbit With Caraway Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 2 rabbits
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 1 1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup(s) sherry
- 3 cup(s) egg noodles
- 2 tablespoon(s) caraway seeds
Directions
- Mix salt & pepper in flour.
- Roll rabbit in flour.
- Heat half the butter in skillet & brown rabbit.
- Mix paprika with cream.
- Add sherry to meat, then cream.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 hour.
- A little melt in remaining butter & sprinkle seeds over.
- Serve with rabbit.
