Ingredients

- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 teaspoon(s) white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions
- In bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot, onion and celery.
- Salt and pepper.
