- Or 4 cup(s) sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 cup(s) juice from peaches or
- 1/2 cup(s) skim milk if using fresh
- Fruits
- 4 tablespoon(s) diet margarine
Directions
- Melt margarinein bottom of baking dish.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and liquid in a seperate bowl.
- Pour batter on the melted butter.
- Spoon peaches on the batter, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
