Ingredients
- 1 can(s) (16-oz) black beans; drained, divided
- 1/2 cup(s) mild thick and chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 clove (large) garlic; crushed
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped scallions
Directions
- Reserve 1/2 cup beans.
- In electric blender or food processor, blend remaining beans, salsa, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
- Stir in scallions and reserved beans.
- Chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
