Coffee Eggnog Punch

Ingredients
- 64 ounce(s) eggnog; chilled
- 1/4 cup(s) light brown sugar; packed
- 1 tablespoon(s) instant coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/2 cup(s) kahlua
- 1/2 cup(s) bourbon -or- brandy
- 1 cup(s) whipping cream
- 1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions
- In large mixer bowl, combine eggnog, brown sugar, coffee and cinnamon; beat on low speed until sugar and coffee are dissolved.
- Stir in kahlua and bourbon; chill.
- In small mixer bowl, beat cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff.
- Pour eggnog mixture into punch bowl; top with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
